The two-story Power Loft design redefines high-density data center standards, allowing users to scale to 300 watts per square foot with industry leading efficiencies of power and raised floor space.
The two-story building design separates maintenance and cooling
operations on the first floor from racks on the second floor, allowing for
increased security.
Power Loft capacity scales from 150 to 300 watts per square foot in pace
with your demand, without requiring you to change space or deal with construction
disruptions. CRAC-free design accommodates 25% more racks.
Power Loft’s industry-leading power usage effectiveness (PUE) rate of 1.3 translates into significant energy efficiency and lower operating costs for our tenants, resulting in up to an estimated $350,000 savings per megawatt annually.
The Power Loft design uses government-rated surround specifications, including a 150'
security setback with a 5' earthen berm, an 8’ Ram steel fencing perimeter, pop up
wedge barriers, CCTV and 24x7 guarded access. Additionally, Power Loft features IT
isolation, and redundant fiber and power paths to protect your data.
Designed to LEED Gold standards with a green roof, GreenScreen®
exterior and MEP system that uses 72% less essential power.
COPT is leasing secured data suites in Power Loft @ Innovation that are priced based on cost per kilowatt, per month of critical power capacity. We are also pursuing select build-to-suit and fit-to-suit opportunities with corporate and Government users who are interested in tapping into COPT's mission critical capabilities, construction capital and talent.
